Police have arrested a 35-year-old Milwaukee man for battery and disorderly conduct for fighting with a security guard at the Wisconsin DOT service center on N. Teutonia Ave. Monday.

Apparently DMV employees asked the suspect to leave after he refused to turn down the volume of the music he was listening to.

A security guard employed by the mall where the service center is located attempted to intervene when the suspect began to physically fight with him.

The guard was hurt in the fight but did not seek medical attention for his injuries.
