The other morning we saw the front page article of the Journal Sentinal about the "Nutraloaf" served to misbehaving county inmates.

Apparently prisoners say they would rather go hungry than eat that it!  However, after seeing the recipe, we thought it looked awfully tasty!  Sooo...Murphy made it and brought some in for us to sample.
