This morning we featured local artist Eric Look from Oak Creek.

Eric was diagnosed with Kanner-type Autism when he was 3 years old.  He does not have any formal musical training but when he was about 4, he was walking through the toy section of a store when he walked up to a toy piano and started playing songs by ear, note for note.

Eric writes all of his own music.  The lyrics for “Believe” were written by his Mom, Debbie.

Eric's story will air this Saturday night, December 22nd on CBS-58 news at 10pm.

Eric will be playing at the Ronald McDonald House tonight from 7 to 8pm and also at WINTERFEST at the Delta Airlines convention center on December 26th from 5 to 6pm.  He will be doing some Jim Croce songs down at Winterfest along with his orginals and a few xmas tunes mixed in.

Here's a performance of his original song, Lost For Words.  The song was named Lost For Words because Eric has Autism.
