I love that you can find out how to do so many things on youtube...but sometimes the "experts" aren't really experts at all.  

Case in point:  There's a new one where a young girl shows women how to use a curling iron.  And on the first curl . . . she burns off a big chunk of HAIR.  Then the next 30 seconds is her sitting there looking HORRIFIED.  I feel for her...
