KEVIN COSTNER spoke at WHITNEY HOUSTON'S funeral Saturday at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.

 --Speaking of their co-starring roles in the 1992 film "The Bodyguard", Kevin said, quote, "A lot of leading men could have played my part, a lot of guys could have filled that role, but you Whitney, I truly believe are the only one who could have played Rachel Marron.

 --"You weren't just pretty, you were as beautiful as a woman could be.  People didn't just like you, they loved you.

I was introduced to Ballroom Dancing in 2006 by Professional Dancer Suzana Gossett as my partner in Milwaukee's Dancing with The Stars Competition and loved every minute of it.  It would be great to see you stop out to see the great dancing this Saturday.

One of the most popular Super Bowl commercials last year was Volkswagen's Darth Vader ad . . . where the little kid tries to start his dad's car using 'The Force.' 


--Well, apparently they're sticking with the "Star Wars" theme this year, but they're planning to open up your wallet using DOGS instead of kids.


--The teaser for this year's Super Bowl ad is on YouTube, and features a dozen dogs barking to the tune of "The Imperial March" . . . Darth Vader's theme music.

Miss Wisconsin Takes Home Miss America Crown 
Miss Wisconsin took home the Miss America title Saturday in Las Vegas. Laura Kaeppeler, 23, became the second Miss Wisconsin to ever win the crown, after building her platform around helping children with incarcerated parents. Soaring through the talent competition with an Opera performance, Kaeppeler also survived the swimsuit portion sporting a white bikini. Sealing her win during the Q&A round, Kaeppeler said that Miss America should not reveal her political affiliation. Just like politicians, “Miss America needs to represent all,” Kaeppeler said. The beauty queen also revealed that her father spent 18 months in prison following mail fraud charges while she was in college. She said she wants “children of incarcerated adults to feel less alone, to have mentoring and to pursue as much of a relationship with their parents as possible.”
