Walnut Tarts

Ingredients:
Dough:
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Filling:
1 cup walnuts, chopped (can use pecans)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 T. soft margarine
1/2 t. vanilla


Directions:
1.Mix ingredients together for the dough and press into mini cupcake pan (small tarts). Be fairly generous with dough.

2. Mix all ingredients for the filling until well mixed.

3. Fill tarts 3/4 full.

4. Bake 20-22 min. @ 375 degrees.
