Boozy Bourbon Balls
1 6-ounce pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup bourbon (or rum)
2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (such as Nilla wafers)
1 cup chopped walnuts
confectioners sugar (to coat them)
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in booze.
In a separate large bowl, combine wafers and nuts. Add chocolate mixture. Form into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar.
