Santa's Sweet and Saltys
Ingredients:
10 1/2 ozs. Fritos Corn Chips
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
17.05 ozs. (11 small bars) Hershey's Milk Chocolate
Directions:
1. In a greased 10x15 inch pan, place corn chips. (Crush somewhat)
2. In a saucepan bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
3. Pour this mixture evenly over the chips. Place the chocolate in a single layer over the hot mixture and set in a warm oven just until the chocolate is soft enough to spread out in a thin layer. Allow to cool and cut or break into pieces.
