Icebox Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Beat sugars, butter and oil together. Add egg and vanilla. Mix flour and dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Roll into small balls then press them down with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. (You can use colored sugar if desired). Put in ungreased cooked sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
