Reindeer Pie Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1/4 pound of butter
1/2 cup of peanut butter
3 cups of quick cook oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk cocoa and butter in a large pan.
Over a medium heat, stirring constantly, bring the above ingredients to a boil. Boil over medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla, and peanut butter. Stir together and then add your oats. Mix in the oats until they are fully coated (you have to work fast because the cookies will start to harden).
Drop buy rounded teaspoons onto a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Be careful it will be HOT!
Remember don't over-boil. If that happens your pies will be dry!
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and then enjoy!
