Scottish Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups real butter(no-salt)

1 cup sugar mixed with 1tsp cinnamon
to sprinkle on top of cookies or use colored sugar for the holiday

Directions:
Let butter soften then in large bowl add all 3 ingredients and by hand mix together until well blended. Then take 1 teaspoonful for each cookie roll into ball then put on ungreased cookie sheet and press down with sugar coated fork. Now sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or colored sugars. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or lite golden brown. Enjoy!
