Pecan Delights
Ingredients:
Dough
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 - 3oz. cream cheese
Filling
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 whole egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dough ingredients and form into balls about 1 inch. Press into mini muffin cups.
Mix together filling ingredients and spoon into center of muffin cups.
