Almond Lace Cookies
Ingredients:
2/3 cup blanched almonds, finely ground
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar or margarine
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
2Tablespoon milk
Directions:
Cook all ingredients over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is blended
Keep mixture warm. Drop 4 heaping teaspoon about 2 in. apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown. Quickly remove cookie and roll around a handle of wooden spoon. This will shape cookie, and as soon as it cools they keep the round hollow shape
