Cornflake Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 C Flour
1 C Crisco
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

1 C Crushed Cornflakes
1 C Crushed Pecans
1 C Oatmeal
1 C Coconut

Directions:

First, Mix top ingredients well.

Second, Add crushed cornflakes & mix

Third, Add crushed pecans & mix

Fourth, Add Oatmeal & mix

Fifth, Add Coconut & mix

Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet, non-greased.

Bake at 325 - 350 degrees (depending on oven)

For 8 - 10 minutes

Take out of the oven, put on a plate and enjoy.
