1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup butter
2 Cup flour
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can pie filling
1-Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl with a mixer.
2-Add the eggs one at a time, mixing between each one.
3-Add the flour a little at a time while mixing
4-Add the lemon extract and lemon juice.
5-Pour into a rectangle (9 by 12) cake pan.
6-Score the top of the cake into 12 or 18 squares.
7-Using a tablespoon, add a spoonful of pie filling to each square, making sure you make a little well into the cake with the filling.
8-Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
9-Once it has cooled, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
