Here's Why You Should TRY to do a TRI Like Meg

Hi, guys! It’s Meg. And, if I’m being honest with you (when am I not, right!) I’m not a “TRIATHALON” kind of person. Don't get me wrong, I’d LIKE to be, but it’s not something I feel like I could tackle at this point in my life … unless we’re talking about Aurora Cancer Care’s new MINDFUL TRI.

Have you heard about this?

It’s a different kind of TRI … it starts with TAI CHI, followed by an EMPOWERMENT WALK and finishes with MINDFUL RELAXATION TECHNIQUES. Cool, right!? And DOABLE! Unfortunately, we’re all touched by cancer in one way or another in our lives, and the MINDFUL TRI is a way for you to do something for yourself, while at the same time, supporting Aurora Cancer Care and all of the people they serve through care, research & integrative medicine.

They’re even making it easy for you to participate by holding the events EVERY Saturday in June in multiple locations across southeast Wisconsin. Ask a friend or some co-workers to join you, or get really zen-ful and do it all on your own. It’s FREE to participate, but there are perks to raising money.

I can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning this June! I hope you’ll join!
